Platinum Bioscience Labs LLC uses the information in this form to handle your request and maintain its handling record.
What the form records
Provide your name, reply email, request category and a short message. Relevant order, lot or document references are optional. A privacy appeal may require its prior request reference. We also store a request reference, timestamps, status and the notice version. Form protection uses a short-window keyed rate-limit digest.
Who can use the record
Authorized support, privacy and technical operators use the record to handle the inquiry, verify a privacy request when needed, investigate problems and protect the service. The application database is hosted on AWS Lightsail, traffic passes through Cloudflare, and encrypted recovery copies are stored privately in Cloudflare R2.
Resend sends authorized staff an alert containing the request reference and a secure queue link. That alert does not contain your form message or reply email. The full request remains in the restricted website queue. Messages you email directly to [email protected] are received and stored by Resend for authorized operators to review.
Before sending
Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, identity documents, patient or medical information, or attachments. Keep the message limited to what the operator needs to understand the request.
The website saves a receipt before attempting any notification. A receipt does not promise an email or response time. Records currently have no automatic deletion schedule; authorized operators handle access, correction, deletion and appeal requests under the privacy policy.
