Printed SKU
A material variant
A SKU identifies a catalog record. It does not identify a particular lot, batch or vial, and a matching code does not establish vial contents.
Exact lot reference
A particular lot
A lot record uses its own public reference. Released documents appear only when associated with that exact record and revision.
Documentation follows the record.
Missing evidence stays visible as missing. It is never replaced with a current or newest lot.

If the code will not scan

The camera cannot read my QR code
Use even light, clean the lens and keep the whole white border in frame. If the label curves around a vial, turn it until the code is as flat to the camera as possible. You can also type the printed reference above.
There is no matching public reference
Compare punctuation, letters and numbers with the label. Enter the public lot reference when selecting a lot lookup; a printed lot code may be a different value. Do not substitute a similar SKU.
The record and label do not agree
Keep the original label and exact URL. Record which material, amount, SKU or lot detail differs. Use the available contact route to ask about that reference; do not treat another record as its replacement.
