Who is behind Getatru?
Getatru is the website brand of Platinum Bioscience Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The site publishes the current research materials, their product records and available documentation.
What does research use only mean?
The materials are for research use only, not for human consumption or human or veterinary use. The site and support do not provide dosing, administration, preparation or treatment instructions.

How do I identify the material and amount?
Read the material name, selected amount and exact SKU on the product page. Compare those details with the printed label. Different amounts can have different SKUs; use the exact reference when looking up a record.
Where is handling information published?
Use the released label or record for the exact material and lot. There is no single storage or handling rule for every material. If the information you need is absent or unclear, ask support with the exact reference.

A product record and a test report answer different questions.
Are certificates of analysis available?
The current catalog records show COA pending. A pending label is not a test result or a certificate. Check the exact record for its current documentation state; no report publication date is promised.
What does the QR code or SKU lookup confirm?
It finds the catalog record for that exact SKU. It does not authenticate an individual vial or identify a lot. Compare the printed material, amount and reference with the record, and ask support about a mismatch.

How do I access my account or an order?
Open My account to sign in or use its password-recovery option. Order details are available only to the account that owns them. An account login and any purchasing eligibility are separate matters.
Where should I send a support or privacy request?
Use Contact for materials, documents, existing orders or website and accessibility questions. Use Privacy choices for privacy requests and appeals. A saved reference confirms receipt, not completion of the requested action.
