Help with an order.
Find the record, check what it says and ask about the detail that needs attention. Private order information stays in your account.
Sign in to the account that owns the order and open its record. There is no public lookup by order number or email.
Ordering availabilityOrdering is currently unavailable. Existing account records and support remain available.
02 / Order help
Read the payment status
Use the current order record. Saving an order and confirming a payment are separate events.
Pending payment
Payment has not been confirmed on the order. Check its current record before trying again.
Paid or processing
Read the payment and order details together. A payment status does not itself confirm dispatch.
Failed or cancelled
Review the record and contact support if a charge or the next step is unclear. Do not send card details.
03 / Order help
Shipping & tracking
Check the order for an assigned shipment or carrier reference. If none is shown, ask about the order; do not treat a payment receipt as a shipping confirmation.
Delivery options and conditions are described in the current shipping and returns policy.
04 / Order help
Changes & cancellations
Send the order reference and the change you are requesting through Contact. Review the current terms and shipping policy for the conditions that apply.
Saving a support request does not change or cancel the order.
05 / Order help
Damage, missing items & returns
Include the order reference, the affected material or SKU and a brief description of the issue. The form accepts text only.
Review the current return policy and contact support before sending material back. A request does not itself approve a return or refund.
06 / Order help
Bring the right reference
Use the private request form for an order question. Include the reference in its order field, not in a public link.
Keep passwords, full card numbers and unrelated personal information out of the message.
