Find a reference
Start with your reference.
Choose the reference type and enter it exactly as printed. The result describes the available record for that reference.
Find an exact record
Use a printed SKU to find its catalog record, an exact lot reference to check lot evidence, or a public document reference to find one revision. A SKU does not identify a lot or vial.
Only released public records can appear here. If no evidence is available, the result will say so. No current or newest lot is substituted.
Know the identifier
Three references. Different purposes.
A material name helps you orient yourself. The reference tells the lookup which record you need.
- Printed SKU
- The catalog material and amount. A SKU identifies a product variant; it does not identify a particular lot or an individual vial.
- Exact lot reference
- The lot record associated with that exact reference. Use the actual reference supplied with the material; do not infer one from the product name or purchase date.
- Public document reference
- A specific public document revision. Enter its public reference, rather than a filename or a link.

COA pending means a certificate of analysis has not been published on that record. A pending entry contains no test result.

Read the state
If a document is missing or has changed.
Read the state returned by the lookup before relying on a downloaded or saved copy.
- COA pending
- No certificate is published on that product record. Check the same exact reference for its current state; no publication date is promised.
- No public record found
- Check the reference type and the full printed value, including letters and separators. Your entered value stays in the lookup so you can correct it.
- Superseded revision
- The lookup identifies a historical revision. Read the current record and any actual replacement information before relying on that copy.
- Withdrawn revision
- Do not rely on a saved copy. The record explains that the revision is unavailable for download.
- Lookup unavailable
- The service has not determined a result. Try again later or contact Getatru with the exact reference.
