Getatru is operated by Platinum Bioscience Labs LLC. This notice explains the information handled by the website, contact and privacy-request forms, and research-account features.
Information you provide
Contact and privacy forms ask for your name, reply email, request category and message. You may provide a relevant order, lot, document or prior request reference. A saved request also has a reference, timestamps, handling status and the version of the notice presented to you.
An account holds a username, email, authentication information and the profile details you choose to provide. Passwords are stored as hashes. Research-account applications ask for organization, role, a short non-clinical research scope, and research-purpose and authority attestations. Review history records the application, the procedure and notice versions, the decision, its reason and any expiry.
How we use information
We use this information to operate accounts, send necessary account messages, review research-account applications, answer requests, alert authorized staff to saved requests, investigate material or document discrepancies, handle privacy requests and appeals, prevent abuse, and maintain security and recovery records. An application or account does not itself authorize a purchase.
The site does not currently accept orders or payments. Do not send payment-card numbers, account passwords, identity documents, patient records or personal medical information. General forms do not accept attachments.
Website and security information
The website and its network providers receive the connection information needed to deliver a request, including an IP address, browser or device information, and timing information. The application uses a keyed digest for short-window form rate limits rather than putting an IP address in the support ticket.
Operational records may include request timing, method, response status, security events and errors. Information in a submitted form is stored in its restricted application record. Keep personal information out of document references and website URLs.
Cookies and optional processing
WordPress account cookies support sign-in and authentication. WooCommerce may use session and cart cookies when those features are used. Browser storage may also keep interface preferences. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in or form protection from working.
Getatru does not enable advertising pixels, optional analytics, session replay, marketing signup or WooCommerce order-attribution tracking in this operating configuration. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is no optional advertising or analytics processing to enable through a consent banner. Email open and click tracking are disabled in the configured mail service.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control do not change the necessary account, security and request processing described here. Optional advertising remains off. Cloudflare processes network information for delivery and security; its own privacy information describes its network services.
Service providers and access
The website and database run on Amazon Web Services Lightsail in the US East (Northern Virginia) region. Cloudflare provides DNS, proxied traffic delivery and security. Encrypted recovery copies are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 with US jurisdiction. Self-hosted WordPress and WooCommerce provide the website software.
Authorized Getatru operators and technical administrators can access information needed for their work. Hosting and network providers process information needed to supply their services. Network routing, provider operations and authorized remote access may involve locations outside the hosting region; this notice does not promise US-only processing.
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) handles outgoing account email and receives messages sent directly to [email protected]. Outgoing WordPress account messages may contain an account invitation or password-reset link, the recipient address and necessary message content. Staff alerts for a saved contact or privacy form contain a request reference and secure queue link; the form message and reply address remain in the restricted website record. Email sent directly to [email protected] is stored by Resend’s receiving service, including its sender, content and attachments, for authorized operators to review. No payment processing is enabled in this operating configuration. We may disclose information when necessary to meet a legal obligation, protect rights or security, or carry out an authorized request.
Retention and recovery copies
The website’s account, application, support and privacy-request records are retained for account administration, request handling, security and the associated review history. These application records currently have no automatic deletion schedule. Deletion, redaction and retention decisions require an authorized operator to review the request, continuing purpose and any applicable preservation duty.
Withdrawing a research-account application changes its eligibility state; it does not automatically erase the prior application or decision history. Restricted recovery copies may contain earlier records and have a separate operator-managed lifecycle. A request receipt does not establish that production or backup copies have been deleted.
Email retained by the receiving service and delivery records have separate provider and account settings. Removing a website record does not by itself remove a received email or provider record; an authorized operator must include the applicable systems in the review.
Requests and appeals
You can ask to access or correct information, request deletion or a copy, raise an objection, or appeal a handling decision through Privacy choices or by emailing [email protected]. The available response depends on the request, your circumstances and applicable law. Creating an account is not required to submit a privacy request.
We may need proportionate verification before providing private information or changing a record. Do not send identification documents through a general form. If you act for someone else, explain that role so the operator can determine what authority and verification are needed.
A reference confirms that the website saved your request. It does not confirm verification, a completed action or email delivery. Requests and appeals require human review, and any applicable legal deadline takes precedence over an internal target.
Sensitive information and children
This website is intended for non-clinical research information and business account review. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not ask for patient, clinical or personal medical information. If you believe such information or a child’s information was submitted, contact us so an authorized operator can review and handle it.
Changes and contact
We identify the effective time of this version above. Material changes will be described on this page before the changed practice begins; an additional notice or choice will be provided where required.
