- Reviewed purchasing access
- Purchasing uses a reviewed research account. Creating a login does not approve purchasing. The application panel shows whether intake is available and any account-specific status.
- Ordering is currently disabled
- You can browse materials and access available account records. Checkout is not accepting new orders.

Use your account’s own entry point.
Sign in through the account page. It shows the registration and password-recovery options currently available to you.
Application status
New applications are not available while the account review process and collection notices are being prepared. View current contact and support availability.
Existing users can sign in to manage their login and view available account records.

Follow the fields and notices shown by the active account form. Complete account details there, rather than sending passwords or payment information to support.
- Organization and role
- The active application asks for your organization and your role.
- Nonclinical research scope
- A short description of the research setting and intended in vitro work. Do not include patient information or full protocols.
- Application attestations
- The active form asks about your authority to apply and the research-use scope. An age attestation appears only when the adopted account policy requires it.
- Collection notice
- Read the notice displayed with the actual application before submitting. Application information is used for the stated review; reading a notice is not marketing consent.

Your next step depends on the account access mode and the current availability of ordering.
Sign in and check intake
The application panel states whether a submission is available. If a form is shown, read the active notices and complete its required business information.
Return to the application status
A saved submission requests a review. Submitted, under review or more information required are not purchasing approval. No review deadline is promised.
Read the actual decision
Use the status, decision reference and any expiry displayed in your account. An approval does not switch on ordering or override product and checkout requirements.

Contact Getatru with the decision reference displayed in your account and the question you need answered. Do not send identity documents, clinical records, passwords or payment details.
